Who can become a Vfinic retailer?
Any shop owner with a valid PAN, Aadhaar, bank account and a smartphone or computer can apply. Services are activated once KYC is approved.
Which fingerprint devices are supported?
Common RD service devices such as Mantra, Morpho and Startek are supported. The device needs an active RD service.
How do I add money to my wallet?
Transfer to the company account shown in your app, then submit the bank reference (UTR) as a fund request. It is credited after verification.
What happens if a transaction stays pending?
Its status is checked with the bank automatically. If the bank confirms a failure, the amount returns to your wallet. You can also raise a ticket from the app.
How is commission paid?
Commission is credited to your wallet on every successful transaction as per your plan. TDS is deducted as applicable.
